Alex Skinner is a Fitness & Wellness professional that yields positive results from his clients. Having ten plus years of experience providing fitness programming, wellness center management, and large/small group training, he has helped hundreds of people shed thousands of pounds, sculpt their physiques, increase mobility, flexibility, vitality and create the life they desire via fitness. After working at The Sea Pines Resort Fitness & Recreation Center, HHI (training juniors and senior citizens) and Delta Air Lines Fitness Center @ TechOps., Alex branched off to launch SKNFIT Health Club. Recently, he held a brief stent at a very popular indoor cycling & yoga boutique that closed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. There he was the #1 cycling instructor for years based off recurring members, new members signing up, and consistent wait-listed classes. Working with athletes, prominent influencers, city councilmen/women, and weekend warriors, Alex has amassed a diverse portfolio, ultimately, to better the lives of individuals through fitness, wellness, and empowerment. Alex specializes in obesity weight loss, functional weight training, group training and indoor cycling.
